abstract | FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: method includes analysis of cells derived from human umbilical cord tissue and peripheral blood mononuclear cells of the patient to determine one or more markers characteristic of circulating cells derived from human umbilical cord tissue in the blood of the patient to whom the cells were injected; comparison of one or more markers characteristic of circulating cells derived from human umbilical cord tissue (hUTC), in the blood of the patient to whom the cells were injected, and one or more markers characteristic of human peripheral blood mononuclear cells; the sample is analyzed using an analytical technique for detection of one or more unique markers characteristic of circulating hUTC cells in the blood of the patient to whom the cells were injected; separation of the peripheral blood mononuclear cell of the patient and circulating hUTC cells in the blood of the patient to whom the cells derived from human umbilical cord were injected based on detection of one or more unique markers. Markers specific to hUTC contain CD10 and/or CD13. The group of inventions also relates to versions of the hUTC determination method and the kit for use in the hUTC blood detection method.EFFECT: use of this group of inventions uniquely allows detection of human cells derived from umbilical cord tissue in a patient sample, even with a small number of them, the invention provides detection of such cells for therapeutic purposes, without restriction by cell karyotype for therapeutic purposes and recipient's sex.26 cl, 11 ex, 5 dwg, 11 tbl |
