titleOfInvention Methods for spine pathologies treatment
abstract FIELD: medicine. n SUBSTANCE: methods include placement of at least two calibrated, distinctly different jams or protrusions under patient's feet. One method for treatment of a patient suffering from a spine pathology includes the steps of: (a) device attachment to the patient's foot. Said device comprises means for attachment to the foot, a support member operatively attached to the said attachment means, and a movable front projection and a movable rear projection. The said front projection and the said rear projection comprise: convexity A with the main diameter of 70-100 mm and the height, which is a perpendicular line connecting the top point and the base, which is 10-13 mm, convexity B with the main diameter of 70-100 mm and the height which is a perpendicular line connecting the top point and the base, which is 14-16 mm, convexity C with the main diameter of 70-100 mm and the height, which is a perpendicular line connecting the top point and the base, which is 16-18 mm, convexity D with the main diameter of 70-100 mm and the height, which is a perpendicular line connecting the top point and the base, which is 19-22 mm, or any combination thereof. The said front projection and the said rear projection are adapted to interact with the ground; (b) calibration of the said rear projection and the said front projection to provide a balanced position. The said balanced position includes a position in which the said device provides reduced inversion, reduced eversion or both reduced inversion, and a reduced ejection of the foot of the said patient during support phases; and (c) attachment of the said rear projection and the said front protrusion to the said support member; whereby the patient suffering from a spine pathology is treated, providing the patient's ability to walk. n EFFECT: improvement of concomitant clinical results in a patient in need of such treatment. n 22 cl, 15 dwg, 5 tbl
