FIELD: medicine. n SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a method for identification of a B-cell clone that specifically binds to a target antigen, comprising a plurality of B-cells; B-cells interaction with the target antigen, wherein the target antigen comprises the first sortable label, and B-cells plurality staining with anti-IgG antibodies containing the second sortable label, and anti-IgM antibodies comprising the third sortable label; separation of one or more B-cells that can specifically bind to a target antigen from the of B-cells plurality using a cell sorter. The group of inventions also concerns a method for identification of a B-cell clone that specifically binds to a target antigen, which envisages further immunization of an animal with the target antigen and release of the B-cells plurality from the immunized animal. n EFFECT: group of inventions provides identification of a B-cell clone that specifically binds to the target antigen. n 18 cl, 14 dwg, 13 tbl, 5 ex |
