titleOfInvention | Method for ultrasonic early diagnosis of venous pulmonary hypertension for patients with chronic heart failure |
abstract | FIELD: medicine. n SUBSTANCE: ultrasound pulmonary veins are surveyed. The maximum diameter of all pulmonary veins visible during ultrasounding and draining into the left atrium is determined during heart diastole. Their minimum diameter is determined during atrial systole. If values of the maximum diameter of at least one of the pulmonary veins visible during ultrasounding exceed 18 mm, and the minimum diameter exceeds 9 mm, venous stasis in the pulmonary circulation is diagnosed. n EFFECT: method allows simple, accessible, and non-invasively conduct early diagnosis of venous pulmonary hypertension due to maximum and minimum pulmonary veins diameters determination. n 11 dwg, 4 ex |
