abstract FIELD: medicine. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely pharmacology, pharmacy, dermatology, cosmetology and forensic medicine, and can be used in the development of new medicines, is designed to find and evaluate the effectiveness of skin bleaching agents in the field of "red" and "blue", fresh and old bruises, in development of cosmetic technologies designed to remove bruising, as well as for forensic medical examination of the prescription of bruises and injuries of soft tissues. The method for bruise bleachers screening is performed under laboratory conditions at a temperature of +24 - +26°C, using an isolated segment of the anterior abdominal wall of the pig, pig venous blood saturated and unsaturated with oxygen is used as a pigment and injected into tissues, 0.5 ml into the anterior abdominal wall of the pig, the moment of administration and the moment of achieving complete skin discoloration in the area of each bruise after the administration of the test substance are recorded using continuous colour filming. n EFFECT: method provides an urgent laboratory study of bleaching activity for several agents simultaneously. n 1 ex
