titleOfInvention Apparatus for urethral anastomosis formation
abstract FIELD: medicine. n SUBSTANCE: device contains an elongated tubular body having a through drainage channel for urine and an inflated balloon. The balloon shell is attached to the outer surface of the tubular body from its distal end and is connected by a channel for balloon filling with liquid. The cylindrical element is located at the proximal end of the tubular body and is mounted for longitudinal movement along the outer surface of the body. The protective sleeve is made with a section profile allowing longitudinal movement along the distal end of the tubular body in the area of the shell and fixing elements of the first group and the elements of the second group. The protective sleeve is connected to a drive cable located in the individual channel in the tubular body and withdrawn from the proximal end of the body. The first group of fixing elements has a head and tail parts and a locking assembly to fix the cylindrical element in the operating position relative to the body. The fixing elements of the first group are mounted on the distal end of the cylindrical element so that their tail portions are fixed in the body of the cylindrical element. The rectilinear head parts of the fixing elements in the opened position form an acute angle directed towards the distal end of the tubular body. The fixing elements of the second group are N-shaped. One of the linear links of the tail part of each fixing element is fixed in the tubular body. Bends are oriented towards the distal end of the body. Other linear links are arranged to interact with the balloon shell, so that as the balloon is inflated, tips of the elements head parts linear links approach with a possibility of bladder neck pulling and circular narrowing. n EFFECT: precise alignment of the proximal edge of the urethra with the bladder neck, control of anastomotic healing. n 6 cl, 6 dwg
