abstract FIELD: medicine. n SUBSTANCE: hydrogel containing, wt %: sodium alginate - 40-90; calcium phosphate fillers - 10-60, is described, the resulting hydrogel is cooled to 37°C and vancomycin powder is added in concentrations of 30, 50 and 70 wt % with respect to the total sample weight with continuous stirring at a speed of 500 to 1000 rpm.
