abstract FIELD: medicine. n SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for isolation and study of immune complexes containing a multi-modified low-density lipoproteins (IC-mmLDL) from human serum. Multi-modified LDL is aggregated from human blood serum under the conditions of 9.1% PVP-35000 at room temperature, precipitated by centrifugation, carefully decanted. The resulting supernatant is incubated at 4°C for 30 min. The resulting IC-mmLDL aggregates are precipitated by repeated centrifugation, decanted, the precipitate is dissolved in the buffer without PVP, and the content of cholesterol, triacylglycerols is determined. The IgG content of the precipitate is determined.
