titleOfInvention | Sorption composite membrane and bioseparating device for dna extraction |
abstract | FIELD: biotechnology. n SUBSTANCE: sorption composite membrane and a bioseparating device for DNA extraction have been proposed. This membrane includes a porous template and a sorption cover. The porous template is a microfiltration polymer membrane with a porosity of 0.2-0.65 mcm. The template is made of polyamide, polyethersulfone or polyvinylidenfluoride. The sorption cover of the template is made of polyaniline, and the mass fraction of the sorption cover is 10-25%. The biosepararing device is a plastic cartridge inserted in a microtube. The plastic cartridge contains the above-mentioned sorption composite membrane, rolled into a roll with a packing density of 24-48 cm 2 /cm 3 . n EFFECT: shortening the duration of DNA extraction at high efficiency. n 3 cl, 1 dwg |
