titleOfInvention Method for preparing ammonium salts of 3-amino-8-hydroxy-1,6-dioxo-4-cyano-2,7-diaaspiro [4,4] non-3-en-2-ids
abstract FIELD: chemistry. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the preparation of ammonium salts of functionally substituted diazaspyrans, specifically 3-amino-8-hydroxy-1,6-dioxo-4-cyano-2,7-diazaspiro [4,4] non-3-ene-2-ids of the formula 1 , where R 1 =R 2 =CH 3 , R 3 =H, R 4 +R 5 =(C 2 H 4 ) 2 O; R 1 =CH 3 , R 2 =C 2 H 5 , R 3 =H, R 4 =R 5 =C 2 H 5 ; R 1 =CH 3 , R 2 =C 3 H 7 , R 3 =H, R 4 +R 5 =(C 2 H 4 ) 2 O; R 1 =CH 3 , R 2 =C 3 H 7 , R 3 =H, R 4 =R 5 =C 2 H 5 ; R 1 =CH 3 , R 2 =C 3 H 7 , R 3 =R 4 =H, R 5 =t-Bu; R 1 =R 2 =R 3 =CH 3 , R 4 =R 5 =C 2 H 5 ; R 1 +R 2 =(CH 2 ) 4 , R 3 =CH 3 , R 4 +R 5 =(C 2 H 4 ) 2 O; R 1 +R 2 =(CH 2 ) 4 , R 3 =CH 3 , R 4 =H, R 5 =CH 2 Ph; R 1 =Ph, R 2 =R 4 =R 5 =CH 3 , R 3 =H; R 1 =Ph, R 2 =CH 3 , R 3 =H, R 4 =R 5 =C 2 H 5 ; R 1 =Ph, R 2 =CH 3 , R 3 =R 4 =H, R 5 =t-Bu. The method consists in adding an appropriate amine HNR4R5 to the suspension of the corresponding 3-amino-8-hydroxy-1,6-dioxo-2,7-diazaspiro [4,4] non-3-ene-4-carbonitrile in an organic solvent and stirring for 3-24 hours at room temperature, after which the precipitate is filtered off, washed with propan-2-ol. Ammonium salts of functionally substituted diazaspyranes may find use as inhibitors of integrase of HIV-1, tyrosine kinase, telomerase, inhibitors or agonists of 5-hydroxytryptamine receptors, endothelin receptor antagonists, agents that have the effect of inducing apoptosis of blast cells (BALL-1). n EFFECT: simplifying the process and increasing the yield. n 11 ex
