FIELD: chemistry. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods of synthesis of an imaging agent having a formula presented below, and its precursors. In said formula R 1 denotes alkyl; R 2 denotes hydrogen or halogen; W is -O-CH 2 ; R 3 is alkyl substituted with 18 F isotope, alkoxyl substituted with 18 F isotope, or alkoxyalkyl, substituted with 18 F isotope, and n is equal to 1.
