abstract | FIELD: chemistry. n SUBSTANCE: liquid composition for cleaning and/or deep cleaning comprising a non-spherical and/or non-folding biodegradable abrasive cleaning particles obtained from an open cell foam structure having a density of 10 kg/m 3 up to 200 kg/m 3 , having a cell size of 100-1000 micrometers and comprising a plurality of frames having an aspect ratio of the carcass length to the carcass thickness (L/T) in the range of 1.5 to 10. The said biodegradable abrasive cleaning particles comprise a plurality of filler particles, at least, partially, incorporated therein, characterized in that the particle size of the said biodegradable abrasive cleaning particles is larger than the particle size of the said filler particles, and wherein the ratio of the average diameter of the sphere having an equivalent area for the said filler particles and the said biodegradable abrasive cleaning particles is from 0.01 to 0.2. The diameter of the sphere having an equivalent surface area is measured in accordance with ISO 9276-6. The filler particles comprise a material selected from the group consisting of organic, inorganic materials and mixtures thereof. The organic material is selected from a plant material, essentially a cellulose or lignocellulose based material selected from walnut, wood, cotton, linen or bamboo shell fibers, corn cob, rice husks, sugars and/or more commonly carbohydrates, especially starch, preferably from grain, corn, potato or urea; other parts of plants selected from the group consisting of stems, roots, leaves, seeds; polyesters; biodegradable polyesters selected from the group consisting of polyhydroxyalkanoates, poly (lactic acid), polycaprolactone, polyamide esters, aliphatic and/or aromatic copolyesters, and mixtures thereof. n EFFECT: effective cleaning and surface safety, and effective biodegradability. n 19 cl, 2 dwg, 6 tbl |
