titleOfInvention Hyperimmune serum production method for treatment and prevetion of farm animals necrobacillosis
abstract FIELD: veterinary medicine. n SUBSTANCE: method involves the hyperimmunization of the oxes producers with the formalin-inactivated antigen, isolated from the Fusobacterium necrophorum "0-1" VIEV master seed strain. The antigen is obtained by cultivating the master seed Fusobacterium necrophorum "0-1" VIEV, then the culture liquid is subjected to ultrafiltration with the pore size of 13-20 kDa, 8-10% of the Fusobacterium necrophorum "0-1" VIEV, strain bacterial mass is added to the ultrafiltrate up to the Fusobacterium necrophorum " 0-1 "VIEV content of 1.5-2.0 billion cells per cm 3 . Then add the sodium salt of succinate chitosan, taken at the final weight concentration of 0.5-1.5%, provide inactivation with formalin, taken at the final concentration of 0.3-0.4%, for 12-14 days at 37-38°C. Then, the resulted antigen is sorbed at 10-15% of aluminium hydroxide in the glycol buffer pH 8.4-8.6, taken with the final concentration of 1.8-2.0%. The oxes producers hyperimmunization is first carried out with the vaccine to prevent the necrobacillosis of farm animals at the dose of 0.4-0.6 ml/animal. Then, after 4-5 weeks by the antigen, at the rate of 1.5-2.0 ml of antigen per 100 kg of the animal body weight is injected intradermally at first once in the pre-scapular inguinal lymph node together with the oil adjuvant, taken in the weight ratio to the antigen as 1:0.8-1.0, then twice with the interval of 5-7 days, 0.5-0.6 ml of antigen per 100 kg of the animal body weight is injected intradermally first to the right pre-scapular inguinal lymph nodes, then into the left pre-scapular and right inguinal lymph nodes. n EFFECT: increase of the necrobacillosis treatment effectiveness. n 4 ex
