titleOfInvention Catalyst production method
abstract FIELD: chemistry. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of catalyst sorbents by impregnation of active coal (AC) with solutions of catalytic additives for use in individual and collective respiratory protection devices of filter type in order to remove toxic chemicals (TC) from air, as well as protect the environment from industrial emissions. The proposed method includes preparation of an impregnating solution of catalytic additives containing copper, zinc, molybdenum, silver and TEDA, impregnation of the grains of activated carbon with a solution, their storing and heat treatment. Activated carbon based on seeds of fruits of peach and apricot with a micropore volume of 0.61-0.75 cm 3 /g and a mesopore volume of 0.20-0.30 cm 3 /g is used as the activated carbon, storing is carried out for 2.1-2.5 hours, followed by drying the product at a temperature of 60-70°C. n EFFECT: increased time of protective action on the poorly sorbed TC arsine and phosphine. n 3 ex
