abstract | FIELD: medicine. n SUBSTANCE: invention is a method for diagnosing paraimplant inflammation after large joint endoprosthetics, characterized by blood collection, blood serum samples preparation, blood serum testing using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assays, determining the quantitative values of the following factors: macrophages migration inhibiting factor (MIF) and macrophage stimulating protein (MSP), as well as interleukins 1, 4, 8, 10 (IL1, IL4, IL8, IL10), the macrophage response factor and the humoral response expression factor are calculated, paraimplant inflammation development index K is determined, equal to (K 1 +K 2 )-2.7, and at its negative values, the regress of the pathological process is claimed, at positive values, the progress of the pathological process is claimed. n EFFECT: invention allows to increase the sensitivity and specificity of diagnosis of paraimplant inflammation development orientation. n 2 ex |
