titleOfInvention | Fertiliser and method of its obtaining |
abstract | FIELD: agriculture. n SUBSTANCE: fertiliser contains a mass fraction of ammonium coke in the powder form, the mass fraction of dolomite (limestone) flour. Additionally contains the mass fraction of phosphorite flour, the mass fraction of powdered potassium chloride. All components are taken at a certain ratio. The method for obtaining fertiliser consists in mixing and grinding the components, followed by obtaining fertiliser by granulation. After mixing and grinding the components, they are fed into a mixer-granulator with simultaneous feeding of heated to 40-50C° 35% solution of ammonium sulfate, the resulting moistened grit from a mixer-granulator is fed to disk granulator to consolidate and produce oval granules. The resulting granules are fed to a drum dryer for drying to a residual moisture of 1…1.5%. n EFFECT: inventions make it possible to develop the composition and technology of production of a complex granular mineral fertiliser-meliorant characterised by favorable ecological characteristics, pronounced agrochemical efficiency and soil-protective properties. n 2 cl |
