titleOfInvention | Method for determination of primary open angle glaucoma stage based on state of biomechanical properties of tunica fibrosa oculi |
abstract | FIELD: medicine. n SUBSTANCE: biomechanical parameters of the tunica fibrosa oculi are studied before and after discharge testing. The ratio of change in the corneal hysteresis (ΔCH) to a change in the cornea resistance factor (ΔCRF) is calculated by the formula ΔCH/ΔCRF, where ΔCH is the difference of corneal hysteresis before and after the test, ΔCRF is the difference of cornea resistance factor before and after the test. At ΔCH/ΔCRF of 0.91-1.49, the norm is determined, at ΔCH/ΔCRF of 1.5-1.99, the first stage of POAG, 2.00-3.2 - the second stage of POAG, 0.9 and less - the third stage of POAG is determined. n EFFECT: increased accuracy of determination of the primary open angle glaucoma stage with an ability to identify the intermediate steps in the transition from the current stage of primary open angle glaucoma to the next one and adequate prediction of the disease. n 2 ex |
