abstract FIELD: medicine. n SUBSTANCE: laboratory data characterizing the state of the organ are evaluated: intensity of lipid peroxidation processes (DC, MDA), functional activity (BIL, ALAT, RJ, CP) and organ histostructures (MIT, GEP, ST); pathological process phase is determined. For this purpose, the indicators are compared with their tabulated values obtained based on a mathematical analysis of the dependencies that display individual parameters of the real state of the organ. n EFFECT: method allows to increase the accuracy of liver state diagnosis. n 11 dwg, 7 tbl
