FIELD: chemistry. n SUBSTANCE: simultaneous supply of persulphate ammonium, sodium or potassium solution is performed into a digester of natural starch, in the amount of 0.25-0.60 wt % of absolutely dry starch and water in an amount providing the concentration of starch suspension in the range of 8-16 wt %. The resulting suspension is cooked at 110-130°C for 30-40 seconds, after which it is diluted with water to a concentration of 3-10 wt %.
