abstract | FIELD: biotechnology. n SUBSTANCE: carrier containing a covalently bound polymer and a surface negative charge is treated with a suspension of cationic bilayer vesicles in a water-containing medium. Micellar particles obtained by aggregation in a water-containing medium of a block copolymer consisting of polylactide and polyoxyethylene are used as a carrier. Vesicles consisting of at least one cationic lipid or a mixture of at least one cationic lipid and at least one electrically neutral lipid are used as vesicles. At that, at least two vesicles shall be per one carrier particle. n EFFECT: invention simplifies the production of immobilized bilayer vesicles and expands the arsenal of technical means that can be used to produce immobilized bilayer vesicles. n 11 ex |
