FIELD: metallurgy. n SUBSTANCE: refractory concrete mixture contains high alumina calcium aluminate cement containing not less than 70% of Al 2 O 3 , corundum with an aluminium oxide content of 98.4% with a 2-7 mm fraction and a fraction of less than 0.05 mm, as well as synthetic molten aluminium chromium spinel with Cr 2 O 3 - 15-25 and Al 2 O 3 - 75-85 fractions of 0.5-1.5 mm at the following ratio of components, wt %: corundum with the fraction of 2-7 mm 40, corundum with the fraction of less than 0.05 mm 20, high-alumina calcium aluminate cement 10, synthetic molten aluminium chromium spinel 30. n EFFECT: increased strength of products and improved resistance to iron scale. n 1 cl |
