abstract | FIELD: machine engineering. n SUBSTANCE: cavitation generator can be used to activate the effect on ore-mineral raw materials. Cavitation generator includes a housing with an internal working chamber and with nozzles for supplying and removing liquid from the chamber, a drive shaft located in the chamber and an activator fixed to the shaft in the form of a disc with cavitators of a certain shape installed along the radii of the disc along the normal to its surfaces, and similar stationary cavitators are installed on the end walls of the working chamber. The activator disc has through slits of 0.5-2 times the disc thickness and a length of 0.3-0.7 of the disc radius and/or aperture with a diameter of 0.5-2 of the disc thickness, the through holes and slits are distributed along the disc area to each other from the other, from the outer boundaries of the disc and from the cylinder-cavitators of the activator disc at distances of about 2-5 times the disc thickness. n EFFECT: effective cavitation generator with a protective coating to extend its service life, including when working in an atmosphere with high acidity. n 7 cl, 2 dwg |
