abstract | FIELD: printing industry. n SUBSTANCE: claimed group of inventions includes a toner, developer, image forming method and an image forming device. Wherein the toner comprises of a binder resin, and the binder resin contains a copolymer resin which has a structural element derived from crystalline resin and a structural element derived from a non-crystalline resin. The time (t50) of the spin-spin relaxation of the toner at 50°C, measured by pulsed NMR, is 0.05 ms or less, the spin-spin relaxation time (t130) of the toner at 130°C, when heated from 50°C up to 130°C, is 15 ms or more, and the time (t'70) of the spin-spin relaxation of the toner at 70°C, when cooled from 130°C down to 70°C, is 1.00 ms or less. And thus, the binarized image of the toner obtained by binarizing the toner phase images observed through an atomic force microscope (AFM) in tapping mode on the basis of an intermediate value between the maximum value and the minimum phase difference value in the phase image, includes the first phase difference image, formed by regions having a large phase difference, and the second phase difference image formed by regions having a small phase difference. Wherein said images of the first phase difference are distributed in the second phase difference image and the diameter of distribution of the first phase difference images is 150 nm or less. n EFFECT: provision of a toner that can implement both the ability to fasten at low temperatures and the stability of heat resistance when stored at high levels, help avoid voids when transferred due to agglomeration of the toner particles in the developing device and has an excellent abrasion resistance. n 10 cl, 7 dwg, 4 tbl |
