titleOfInvention Method for prediction of primary hypothonic uterine dysfunction in primipara women
abstract FIELD: medicine. n SUBSTANCE: percentage of CD 4+ -lymphocytes expressing pro-inflammatory cytokines (INF-γ and TNF-α) is determined in the spontaneous test, as well as the concentration of high-molecular circulating immune complexes 3-4 days before the expected date of birth, with subsequent calculation of the prognostic index X according to the formula. When X<0, a conclusion is made the low risk of primary hypotonic uterine dysfunction development. At X≥0, high risk of primary hypotonic uterine dysfunction is predicted for primipara women. n EFFECT: method allows to increase the effectiveness of the prognosis of primary hypotonic uterine dysfunction development in primipara women and to timely identify a pregnant women at risk. n 3 ex
