titleOfInvention | Method for vulvovaginal candidiasis recurrence prediction |
abstract | FIELD: medicine. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for recurrent vulvovaginal candidiasis (VVC) prediction. The essence of the method: the patient is genotyped according to polymorphic genes loci IL4:-33 C>T [rs2070874]; CCL2:2493(-2578) A>G [rs1024611]; IL1B:-598(-1552) A>G [rs16944] using real-time PCR, and the lactobacilli fraction in the vaginal microflora is determined using the "Femoflor 16" reagent kit, after which the obtained data are included in the function Z=1.063*IL1B+1.112*IL4+1.483*CCL2-0.044*Lact+1.326, where 1.326 is a constant, IL1B is the number of G alleles of in the IL1B:-598(-1552) A>G [rs16944] locus of the IL1B gene, IL4 is the number of C alleles in the IL4:-33 C>T [rs2070874] locus of the IL4 gene, CCL2 is the number of G alleles in the CL2:2493(-2578) A>G [rs1024611] locus of the CCL2 gene, Lact is the percentage of lactobacilli (%) in the vaginal microflora. The probability of recurrent VVC is determined by the formula p=1/(1+e -z ), if the value of p is greater than 0.5, then there is reason to expect the development of recurring VVC, and if the value of p is less than 0.5, then the development of recurring VVC is unlikely. n EFFECT: invention characterizes a low-invasive method and is an affordable test to improving the management of patients with vulvovaginal candidiasis. n 2 ex, 2 tbl |
