FIELD: medicine. n SUBSTANCE: invention is intended to predict development of comorbide form of arterial hypertension (AH) and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Genotypes of M235T polymorphic locus of angiotensinogen gene (AGT) and A1166C polymorphic locus of angiotensin II receptor gene of I type (AGTR1) are determined in patient with AH or COPD. If a patient has T/T M235T polymorphic locus genotype of AGT gene and A/C A1166C polymorphic locus genotype of AGTR1 gene, high probability of comorbide AH and COPD development within 10 years after the onset of the first disease is predicted. n EFFECT: invention enables to predict the development of comorbidd AH and COPD with a high probability. n 2 cl, 1 dwg, 10 tbl, 4 ex |
