FIELD: technological processes. n SUBSTANCE: when the workpiece passes through adjustable rollers of roller guide in the beginning and in the end of the casting and during production of transition point of the workpiece, a couple of adjustable rollers are led away from the initial, final and transition points. Wherein the mentioned points feed the cooling agent which amount is less than nominal. n EFFECT: higher workpiece quality due to providing of uniform temperature over the length of the workpiece and protection of the adjusted rollers of roller guide due to prevention of their contact with the dummy bar, the final and the transition portions points of the workpiece. n 9 cl, 5 dwg |
