titleOfInvention Gas containing contrast for ultrasound diagnostics
abstract FIELD: medicine. n SUBSTANCE: gas-containing contrast agent for ultrasonic diagnostics represents a dosage form containing microparticles, the solid coating of which is made from a stabilizing composition comprising finely divided lecithin and polyethylene glycol of 6,000 molecular weight filled with sulfur hexafluoride suspended in a physiologically acceptable liquid medium; characterized by the physiologically acceptable medium being a mixture of saline (0.9% NaCl solution) and an acid with a pH value in the range of 4-6. Any physiologically acceptable organic or inorganic acid can be used as the acid to create pH in the range of 4-6. n EFFECT: increased duration of contrast time and obtaining an improved image with ultrasound imaging of internal organs. n 3 cl, 2 tbl, 4 ex
