titleOfInvention | Method for pathogenetically justified evaluation of hypovolemia for patients with ii and iii severity traumatic shock |
abstract | FIELD: medicine. n SUBSTANCE: to assess hypovolemia in patients with traumatic shock of II and III severity, a set of indicators is determined the change in which describes absolute and relative hypovolemia. By changing parameters of heart rate, heart stroke volume, cardiac output, cardiac index, total peripheral vascular resistance, circulating blood volume, circulating plasma volume, circulating erythrocytes volume, absolute hypovolemia is determined. Based on the change of endothelin-1 and von Willebrand factor indicators, relative hypovolemia is determined. n EFFECT: method allows targeted infusion-transfusion therapy for adequate correction of hypovolemia to reduce the severity of the cardiovascular system disease and reduce lethality due to objective evaluation of all hypovolemia components. n 1 ex |
