abstract FIELD: medicine. n SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the field of molecular diagnostics and can be used to diagnose diseases through molecular biomarkers. The device for specific target molecules or biomarkers detection by detecting of changes in electrical properties includes the following: a measuring sensor with conductive or semi-conductive structure; an electrode system transmitting the signal from the device; and a control sensor with a structure identical to the measuring sensor, but secure, i.e. preventing establishment of communication with the biomarker and acting as a built-in standard. The measuring sensor structure includes aptamer coating and is capable of forming a bond with a biomarker, causing a change in electrical properties.
