FIELD: pharmacology. n SUBSTANCE: method consists in obtaining hydrogels based on double complex salt of ascorbate hydrochloride or chitosan hydrochloride lactate, water, silicon glycerohydrogel and, further, inorganic salts NaCl or KCl. The formation of a hydrogel is the result of a combination of ionic gelling with sol-gel synthesis. n EFFECT: simplification of the process by reducing the number of reagents and steps of hydrogel production; increased biological activity of the obtained hydrogel as a result of the synergistic effect of using a double complex salt of a low molecular weight chitosan, pharmacopoeial acid and a biologically active gelation agent. n 3 cl, 7 tbl, 16 ex |
