abstract FIELD: machine engineering. n SUBSTANCE: flow control of loose material is a tube, the upper end of which is connected to the bottom of the hopper, and the lower end is open for flowing bulk material zone. The upper part of the pipe nozzle is formed as a length of at least five of its inner diameter with the nozzle mounted on the bottom aperture diameter of not more than 0.8 diameter of the nozzle. The middle part is connected to the stationary nozzle tube with an inner diameter equal to the diameter of the diaphragm. The lower part is designed as a movable tube which is mounted coaxially outside the stationary pipe with a gap not exceeding the particle size of the bulk material and is movable relative to the latter. n EFFECT: provision rate uniformity, and hence - to increase the accuracy of dosing of bulk material in processes with process parameters by improving the flow control time-varying. n 2 dwg
