titleOfInvention Method for elemental amorphous selenium nanoparticles production
abstract FIELD: biotechnology. n SUBSTANCE: method for elemental amorphous selenium nanoparticles production is proposed. The method comprises sodium selenite introduction in the Rhodobacter capsulatus B10 phototrophic bacteria culture in terms of 5 mmol/l of culture incubation with selenite, selenium separation from the culture medium and bacteria. The resulting selenium precipitate is diluted with a lysis compound, incubated and centrifuged. The resulting precipitate is further centrifuged in a sucrose aqueous solution gradient. The gradient is formed by successive layers of 80%, 60% and 40% sucrose aqueous solution. n EFFECT: invention provides acceleration of the method for production of a uniform size red amorphous selenium at a obtained particle full soft purification from bacterial cells and cell fragments without disturbing selenium allotropic modification. n 1 dwg, 1 tbl
