abstract FIELD: physics. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering, namely to the field of the direct conversion of thermal energy into electric power, and can be used to create samples of the magnetic semiconductors - doped manganites with the predetermined thermal-EMF for their further use in the autonomous power sources. The method for creating samples with the predetermined thermal-EMF intended to convert thermal energy into electric power, made of the doped manganites having formula Re 1-x Me x MnO 3 , where Re is rare- earth elements, and Me - alkaline earth metals, with 0<x≤0.5, is characterized that the preform of the doped manganite creats a sample with the volume pre-calculated by the mathematical formula based on the data obtained on the calculated sample of the similar composition, and it is placed in the conditions close to the operation conditions of the finished sample. n EFFECT: creating of the doped manganites with the predetermined thermal-EMF due to the sample creation of the certain volume calculated on the basis of the data obtained in the calculated sample of the similar composition, and placed in the conditions close to the operation conditions of the finished sample. n 5 cl, 2 dwg, 3 ex
