abstract FIELD: medicine. n SUBSTANCE: invention may be applied for the treatment of the haematogeneous osteomyelitis of the vertebral column. A porous implant, inside which a perforated drainage is mounted, is installed into a bone defect of vertebrae. Elimination of a pyoinflammatory exudate from the affected area is performed by means of vacuum at (-0.1)-(-0.2) mPa within 7-10 days. n EFFECT: method allows improving efficiency of the drainage of the bone cavity and epidural space during the treatment of the haematogeneous osteomyelitis of the vertebral column. n 4 dwg, 1 tbl
