abstract | FIELD: chemistry. n SUBSTANCE: invention refers to pharmaceutical industry. Portions of hydrochloride imipramine, hydrochloride clomipramine, hydrochloride trimipramine and desipramine powders (0.025 g) are placed in volumetric flasks with a capacity of 50 ml, first, dissolved in 30 ml of methanol, kept at the room temperature until complete dissolution, and then flask volumes are adjusted with methanol up to the mark, 2.0, 3.0, 4.0, 5.0, 6.0 ml of the prepared hydrochloride imipramine, hydrochloride clomipramine, hydrochloride trimipramine and desipramine solutions are accurately metered in 20 ml volumetric flasks, 5.5 ml of methanol solution of nickel sulfate (II) in ammonia is added dropwise during 5-6 minutes, blue precipitate of complex salt appears in 2-3 minutes, flasks content is adjusted to the mark with methanol, transferred to separatory funnels, 10 ml of chloroform is added and shaken, the chloroform layer becomes blue, it is then separated and dried above water-free so odium sulfate, added to the chloroform solution, the obtained coloured soutions are subject to photoelectric colorimetry at wave length of 590 nm and absorbing layer thickness of 10 mm. n EFFECT: invention can be used for quantitative determination of dibenzazepine derivatives (ipramine group) in substances. n 6 dwg, 1 ex |
