FIELD: pharmacy. n SUBSTANCE: 3-methyl-1,2,4-triazole-5-thioacetate (s)-2,6-diaminohexane acid application as active drug base for prevention and treatment of cns vital functions in case of severe forms of acute ethanol poisoning is proposed. n EFFECT: highly effective prevention of central nervous system vital functions in case of preventive administration, adjustment of neurotoxic lesions in case of severe forms of acute ethanol poisoning, which in turn allows earlier restoration of the central nervous system vital functions and mortality reduction in case of acute ethanol poisoning. n 1 tbl |
