titleOfInvention | Method of quantitative determination of hexachlorobenzene in blood by method of gas chromatographic analysis |
abstract | FIELD: medicine. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical toxicological research, in particular to sanitary toxicology. Substance: blood sampling, extraction of HCB by extractant from said sample and determination of its quality by method of gas chromatographic analysis with application of calibration curve are realised. After blood sampling it is acidified to pH 6-7 with water solution of sulfuric acid, for example, of 1% concentration. As extractant applied is toluene, taken in volume ratio to blood sample as 0.6 to 1.0 respectively. Extraction is carried out twice successively for 5 min each. Obtained extract is centrifuged for 15 min at 7000 rpm and then amount of HCB is determined by method of gas chromatographic analysis with application of electron capture detector on capillary column HP-1 35 m * 0.32 mm * 0.25 mcm at temperature mode: capillary column - 70°C-230°C; evaporator - 270°C; detector - 270°C; consumption of gas-carrier - nitrogen - 20 cm 3 /min. n EFFECT: increase of HCB extraction degree from blood sample, as well as accuracy and analysis selectivity are achieved. n 2 cl, 10 tbl, 1 ex |
