titleOfInvention Installation for dry enrichment of kimberlite ore by method of labelled neutrons
abstract FIELD: mining. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to researches or analysis of the materials by radiation methods with measurements of a secondary emission of a characteristic nuclear X-radiation under action of fast neutrons, in particular to detect diamonds in kimberlite. Installation for dry enrichment of the kimberlite ore by the method of labeled neutrons made in form of two modules connected by communication and power lines, i.e operator module comprising system receiving and analyzing data of radiation detectors, a device control system, and inspection container module with located device delivering the kimberlite ore to are of its exposure by flow of fast neutrons, a portable neutron generator with integrated multi-element silicon alpha-detector, a X-ray detectors system, and protection of X-ray detectors, and silos for concentrate and waste ore. The container comprises a loading silo with dosing device, inspection module equipment is located on frame. A device of kimberlite ore delivery to area of its exposure by flow of fast neutrons is made in form of actuator with tray emptying its content depending on the exposure result. A spectroscopic channel of gamma-detectors has thermal correction system. The gamma-detectors protection is comprises materials with atomic number Z over 70. n EFFECT: invention increases probability of diamonds detection in kimberlite ore pieces. n 3 cl, 6 dwg
