abstract FIELD: chemistry. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to synthesis of zeolites. Disclosed is a method for synthesis of a zeolite having a CHA-type framework structure containing YO 2 , X 2 O 3 and optionally containing Z 2 O 5 . Method involves following steps: (1) preparing a mixture containing one or more sources of YO 2 , one or more sources of X 2 O 3 and seed crystals, having a CHA-type framework structure, where CHA frame structure of seed crystals contains YO 2 , X 2 O 3 and optionally contains Z 2 O 5 ; (2) crystallisation of mixture obtained at step (1); where Y denotes a tetravalent element, X denotes a trivalent element and Z denotes a pentavalent element. Method comprises optionally adding one or more sources Z 2 O 5 at step (1), and if CHA framework structure of seed crystals does not contain Z 2 O 5 , seed crystals have molar ratio YO 2 :X 2 O 3 , equal to or greater than 5. n EFFECT: method enables to obtain CHA type zeolite with high molar ratio YO 2 :X 2 O 3 without using an organic template. n 41 cl, 15 dwg, 7 ex
