abstract | FIELD: medicine. n SUBSTANCE: invention refers to biotechnology. The method involves sampling of the material, planting to selective culture media, incubation of crops with the given parameters with subsequent identification of colonies. Isolation and identification of a pure culture of enterococci species from the grown colonies is performed using the known methods with subsequent determination of anticarnosine activity (ACrA) of selected enterococci.
