abstract | FIELD: medicine. n SUBSTANCE: method includes biochemical patient's blood test, where level of methylglyoxal-modified low-density lipoproteids is determined by enzyme immunoassay immunometric sandwich assay method. After that level of methylglyoxal-modified low-density lipoproteids in tested sample is calculated in conventional units relative to control sample (cut-off): OD 450 sample/OD 450 cut-off.
