abstract | FIELD: medicine. n SUBSTANCE: an case of cytomegalovirus infection exacerbation in the third trimester of gestation, cytomegalovirus antibodies titer is determined in the peripheral blood, histochemical reaction to 7-dehydrooxycholesterol dehydrogenase, and if G class cytomegalovirus antibodies titer is 1:1600, 7-dehydrocholesterol content in the syncytiotrophoblast of placenta villi is decreased to 29.3±2.79 pixels/ mcm 2 , a threat of placental insufficiency development is created. n EFFECT: method allows to assess the risk of placental insufficiency development, at simplicity of its execution. n 2 dwg |
