titleOfInvention | Method for estimating threat for formation of fetus organs in case of increase of 17-hydroxyprogesteron content in placenta in third gestation trimester in case of exacerbation of cytomegalovirus infection |
abstract | FIELD: medicine. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to laboratory diagnostics, and can be used for estimation of threat for formation of fetus organs in case of increase of content of 17-hydroxyprogesteron in case of exacerbation of cytomegalovirus infection in the third gestation trimester. For this purpose activity of 17-hydroxyprogesterondehydrogenase on cuts of placenta tissue is determined by histochemical method and titre of antibodies to cytomegalovirus in pheripheral blood is measured; in case of growth of titre of class G antibodies to cytomegalovirus 1:1600 and increase of activity of response to 17-hydroxyprogesterondehydrogenase in syncytiotrophoblast of placenta villi to 42.6±3.08 pixel/mcm 2 threat for formation of fetus organs in gestation period appears. n EFFECT: method being simple for implementation makes it possible to estimate threat for formation of fetus organs. n 2 dwg |
