abstract FIELD: medicine, pharmacy. n SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to pharmacology, it may be used for correction of peroxidation processes under the conditions of thermal stress during an experiment. For this purpose, arabinogalactan is injected intramuscularly to laboratory animals daily, one dose is 500 mg/kg, the procedure takes place 6 days immediately before overheating in a laboratory air bath at a temperature of 40 ± 1-2°C for 45 minutes. n EFFECT: method allows expansion of the range of tools to adjust peroxidation processes accompanied by increased activity of the antioxidant system of a warm-blooded organism, by reducing the content of radical products and lipid peroxides at reduced duration of a correction course. n 3 tbl
