titleOfInvention | Method for increasing explosive muscle strength of extremities |
abstract | FIELD: medicine, sport. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, namely to sports medicine and physiotherapy. To increase explosive muscle strength of extremities myostimulation by a series of 15-20 manipulations 1-2 times per week 30 minutes after intake of 1.0 g of arginine is performed. Each manipulation is performed in the following succession: maximal influence on muscles with pulse frequency 100-120 Hz for 3 seconds with the following training influence with pulse frequency to 100 Hz for 15 seconds with repetition of manipulation after 10-second interval. n EFFECT: method makes it possible to increase explosive muscle strength of extremities due to application of pharmaco-physiotherapeutic complex to increase the rate of synaptic transmission, which will make it possible to achieve faster contraction of muscles with greater force. |
