abstract FIELD: mining. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for pulp solid component grinding and can be used for ash and slag materials processing during their disposal. Rotary disperser comprises a housing with a cover, an inlet and an outlet fittings, a vertical shaft, the rotor is provided with working members, a shaft seal assembly and a stator fixed in the housingconstituting a concentric split ring, the housing is cylindrical, its vertical axis is parallel to the vertical shaft, the housing is divided by height into the upper and lower compartments of the horizontal bulkhead provided with through holes, the engine is positioned at the housing cover concentrically to the vertical shaft, the inlet fitting is opened into the upper compartment, the outlet fitting is designed tangentially and opened into the lower compartment of the housing, the rotor is fixed to the vertical shaft for rotation in the lower compartment and designed as a disk with concentric ring at the periphery, the working members of the rotor are formed by rectangular section splits in the wall of the mentioned ring, the stator is designed as a cylindrical ring with rectangular section splits in its wall, the bottom of the lower compartment and horizontal bulkhead side facing it are provided with annular cavities width corresponding to the thickness of the stator for fixation of its upper and lower edges, through holes of the horizontal bulkhead are positioned within the rotor's area. n EFFECT: invention provides a lower wear rate of the device elements and simpler design of the device. n 7 cl, 6 dwg
