abstract | FIELD: medicine, pharmaceutics. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine and deals with field of gynecology. Prescribed are: desensitising therapy, antibacterial therapy taking into account microbial factor, which is selected depending on type of pthogen and sensitivity to antibacterial medications and/or with prescription of anti-inflammatory therapy, as well as if necessary infusion-transfusion therapy, immune-correcting therapy, systemic enzyme therapy or hormonal therapy, on condition that Laennec is introduced intravenously by drop introduction in dose 8-10.0 ml of medication, diluted with 250 ml of physiological solution (0.9% sodium chloride solution) or 5% glucose solution, for 1 hour 30 minutes or 1 hour 20 minutes 2 times per week with course of 10 procedures, with the following introduction of Laennec in dose 6.0 ml 1-2 times per month in I phase of cycle intravenously by drop introduction or intramuscularly for 4-6 month. n EFFECT: application of medication Laennec is claimed in complex therapy of recovery of uterus functions, impaired in case of acute and chronic inflammation. n 2 cl, 2 ex |
