abstract FIELD: physics, measurement equipment. n SUBSTANCE: usage: for non-intrusive vehicle inspection. The invention subtance consists in that the method implementation system comprises a mobile chassis scanning machine, where the structure is located carrying the accessory with detector panels corresponding to the selected type of penetrating radiation. For transportation, the load-carrying structure is folded providing the minimum dimensions. For scaning, the load-carrying structure is unfolded assuming a U-shape and has a penetrating radiation source on the one side at the base and the detector panel on the opposite side. The scanning system also includes a mobile control center located outside the restricted area, which remotely controls all non-intrusive inspection processes. The mobile control center is equipped with an image collecting, processing, storage, and display sub-system. The scanning system includes a perimeter protection subsystem and an automated traffic control subsystem. n EFFECT: invention enables high carrying capacity and complete radiographic incpection of vehicles. n 6 cl, 9 dwg
