abstract | FIELD: medicine, pharmacy. n SUBSTANCE: invention refers to biotechnology. A method for extraction of proteolytic enzymes from the digestive organs of fish is proposed. The method includes tissue homogenizing in a buffer, selection of enzymes in the presence of ammonium sulfate, at that, nucleic acids and lipid-protein complexes are removed from the extract prior to protein precipitation in ammonium sulfate by treatment with a polyethyleneimine solution, added to a final concentration from 0.1 to 0.01 by weight %. Residual pyrogens are separated on a hydrophobic sorbent Sferotsell C-80 with further repeated desalination of the extract.
